Ensures constant support of the Network and direct users; monitors the quality and user satisfaction level through data analytics; supports developers by providing guidelines for implementing the DIDASKO platform.
Controls business processes as defined by the internal quality assurance scheme; evaluates the requirements needed for the activation of the Ei-Centers; distributes procedures for the new standard implementation within the Network.
Verifies that the activities of the Ei-Centers take place in accordance with the procedures; monitors the statistical progress of the exam activities; detects and reports any errors.
Promotes and manages relations with national and international authorities, ministries and stakeholders; develops strategical partnerships and conventional activities.
