Introduction

CERTIPASS establishes, implements, maintains and continuously improves a quality management system, including the necessary processes and their interactions, in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024.

To guarantee the maximum transparency of the system, we publish the company policy that the management assumes in order to:

• have an organization appropriate to the purposes and context, such as to support the planned strategic guidelines;
• have a reference framework that sets quality objectives;
• meet the applicable requirement;
• commit to the continuous improvement of the quality management system.

CERTIPASS:

• recognises the impartiality in the execution of its certification activities by managing the conflict of interest to ensure the objectivity of its certifications;
• operates impartially, with respect to applicants, candidates and certified people;
• ensures that there are no conditions for any category of possible users that restrict the freedom of access to the certification system, dependent on income, belonging to associations or groups;
• ensures that there are no procedures that prevent or unfairly inhibit access to certification for applicants and candidates and that could compromise the impartiality of the system.
