How to write a good CV
Write a good curriculum vitae, and attract the attention of those who will select you.
The CV should be clear, short and represent your work (or volunteering if this is your first job) and your academic experiences. But not only that, in the curriculum you also enter your skills and above all your skills, in line with the job profile for which you are applying.
Important: it is very useful to submit the resume with a motivational cover letter, addressed to the company to which you are applying.
Practical aspects of CVs
Anyone reading your resume will have already received many others. You have to stand out.
- Create a document that captures your personality when presenting content. Describe your personal goals and accomplishments, but stick to a maximum of 2 pages.
- Are you able to synthesize and present clearly? Can you express yourself fluently? Prove it when you write your resume!
- A good CV is based on the European Europass template, a CV structured in blocks and divided into sections. That also makes the job easier for the recruiter. Always remember that the person reading your resume focuses on some important points.
- Also, during the interview, optimize your energy and time to understand the attitudes and skills that make you the perfect candidate, without losing your focus on essential skills, which can be taken for granted, such as computer skills.
Digital skills
There is a dedicated section in the new format of the Europass template.
After capturing your personal information, work experience, education and training, you will find the "Digital Skills" section. Fill in the module names for your EIPASS IT certification. Next, under "Certificates and diplomas" attach your EIPASS IT certificate.
